Since 2006, the library has been located in the Rectorate building. Situated on three floors, it includes four reading rooms and several functional spaces.
The first floor houses the Circulation Desk, Reading Room No. 2, the Arts Reading Room, the Audio Room, and the Bibliographic and Information Office (BIO). The second floor includes Reading Room No. 1, the Periodicals Reading Room, and the Processing and Cataloguing Office.
Reading Room No. 1 has a broad humanities and natural sciences orientation and supports students from the Faculty of Education, Faculty of Law and History, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Economics, and Faculty of Engineering.
Reading Room No. 2 has an exclusive focuse on the humanities and supports students from the Faculty of Philosophy, Faculty of Philology, Faculty of Law and History, and Faculty of Arts.
Arts Reading Room supports students from the Faculty of Arts.
The Periodicals Reading Room receives and stores scholarly journals, newspapers, university yearbooks, and periodicals from institutes and museums. It also handles requests for supported electronic databases.
Library services are regulated by current regulations and are free of charge for members of the university community.
